Why self-care?

Do you ever feel like time flies by? This is exactly how I felt this past year. My weekdays were spent working my full-time job, running my social media account and trying to fit everything else around it. On a regular day, I would spend hours between my laptop and my phone and end up feeling tired and stressed. In the new year I want to focus on making more time for self-care. How do I turn off the noise?

My new night time routine consists of at least 2 hours of no screen time before bed. This means; no laptop, no phone and no TV. During this time of self-discovery, I love a warm shower or bath to relax me.
