    Getting back on track (P.1)

    This past few months have been so busy and it has brought so many opportunities but it has also affected such a big part of my life, my wellness. A poor diet, constant stress and lack of sleep and exercise started taking a toll on my body. We think we are invisible and we go and go but one day our body nudges us and remind us that it cannot go on (that was last weekend for me).
